On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy amber with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is pine, resin, grapefruit. Medium body, earth, pine, lingering bitterness, good.

Enjoyed on tap at Strange Matter in Richmond, VA. Didn't take tasting notes, but remember this being a good and rich malty red ale with a very red hue. Good stuff would have again.

4oz draft pour from sampler at Strangeways. Poured a very ruby red color, "fake blood" color I suppose. Aroma was a pleasant amount of citrus hop character. Floral hop cahracter. Flavor was semi-sweet, nicely balanced.

4 oz pour on draft at Strangeways. Clear amber with off-white head. Aromas of toast and biscuit. Tastes of floral notes, toast, biscuit. Medium body with a dry finish.

Draft at the source. Clear deep bright amber color. Aroma of slightly burnt caramel. Taste is caramel.

Keg at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber with a thin creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of floral, citrus hops, caramel, stone fruits. The taste is caramel malt, nuts, herbal hops, mild citrus. Thin-medium bodied, refreshing.

Draft. Pours orange white head. Nose/taste of bread, caramel and touch of red fruit. Medium body.

Draft - Grains and light malts. Cloudy brown and decent white head. Lots of grains, light hoppy bitterness and some more grains in the finish.
