Location: Draft at the brewery, 1/17/15
Aroma: Sweeter aroma, some yeast, roast, and a little chocolate
Appearance: It pours a brown color, with some light lace and almost no head
Flavor: The flavor is along the same lines, leans sweeter, some spice as well
Palate: The mouthfeel is pretty clean, light-medium bodied
Overall Impression: I thought this was a pretty solid one. Other than the Berliner, probably my favorite out of their standard line-up.

Fudge, cocoa, soil nose, not strong. Mahogany, thick tan head. Subtle wood and earth. Soft carbonation, medium body. Very sessionable, not boring, but doesn’t wow.
