とてもクリーンな香り。氷った感触の後に辛口で豊かな酒の風味が広がり、爽やかな後味を楽しめる。鍋物や焼き肉、おでんなどと。また食後酒として果物のシロップと共にカクテルにしても美味。

Served frozen at the brewery and eaten with a spoon. Like a sorbet. Lightly fruity, apples, koji, rice. Dry and boozy flavor which was quite surprising. Not sweet at all. A bit too boozy, actually. Rather plain flavor is not all that distinctive but the idea is fun.
