Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A almost clear near colourless yellowish colour. Aroma of sharp grains, rice, mid sweet yellow fruits. Taste of mid sweet dry yellow fruits, mellow, rice, grains, very easy to drink for this high Abv. Good!

720ml bottle. Floral fruity nose with rice. The Sake starts sticky sweetish. Rice, booze in the beginning. But it gets better after a few sips. The typical southern Japanese Sake aroma of rich ricey and sweetish Sake is there, but round and mellow. Smooth and easy to drink with a clear finish, there are pears and melon, smooth grainy sweetish rice in the body, very soft but not too fragile with hints of booze in the back. Round and smooth sweetish mellow ending, soft grainy rice, fruit. On the tongue remains a fruity smooth aroma, round and nice.
