Bottle from Sake Kontor, Berlin. Fruity smooth nose. The Saké starts fruity with sweetish parts. Nice balanced, but not as deep as the Daiginjo from this brewery. Smooth and mild fruity, hints of alcohol in the back, the sweetness-level is moderate, the body very dry. Round and smooth dry finish with a nice sweetish back. No grain there, crisp with smooth mild fruitiness and hints of alcohol. Very nice.
