From the bottle at Hokkai-Gakuen University, Sapporo, Japan. Pours weak yellowish. Aroma is fruity, berries, anise. Body is fairly dense, with some stickiness. Taste is delicately sweet, moderately bitter, with a hint of sourness. Finish is fairly long and bitter.
