180 ml pour at Shinsengumi. Spicy, herbal nose, like anise, fennel, cinnamon, pepper. Very fascinating. Apple and pear flavors too, with anise. Wow, what a sake. Light sweetness in the middle but finishes quite dry. Delicious and the most unique sake I have had in a while. Got to try more from them.
