Bottle pour at the brewpub. This is made by the Yamori owner at Daisen's sake brewery. Grainy nose, rice, light orange and grapefruit. Lemony flavor, dry and grainy, with a very dry finish. It has nice fruitiness and body for such a dry sake. Good.
