ゆず酒. It uses 100% of "Kyudoku no Yuzu" from Rikuzentakata, in Iwate prefecture. After the great earthquake in eastern Japan, the product on which we worked with the mission of creating a new industry that would help the beauty of the south to be a foothold for the reconstruction of the coastal area was "sugar-free yuzu sake ". This sake has a pleasant acidity given by the addition of Yuzu. Without added sugars, the palate is presented with natural sweetness and a refreshing taste, with a slightly bitter finish. Sake Meter Value (nihonshudo) (日本酒度): -60. Acidity (sando) (酸度): 3.5. Serve at 5 - 8° C. Ingredients: water 36%, rice 8%, koji rice 30%, Yuzu juice 26%. Bottle size: 360 ml.

Drank cold. The degree of transparency is veiled, and the appearance is cloudy. The degree of color is dirty green. The olfactory intensity is high and lasts appreciably. The taste on the nose is of kiwi and citrus. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of strong sake. The body is full. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is good. On the palate the aftertaste is intense and persistent. The final mouth sensations are of squeezing the tongue, where hints of yuzu, sweet and bitter at the same time are found.
