Citrus, apples, stone fruits, spicy ginjo-ka. In the flavor I sense the grassy, herbal, slightly honeyed sweetness of abelia blossoms, whence came the yeast. Also citrus, apple, and flower nectar, with a slightly bittersweet finish. Interesting but sweet and then bitter.
