300 ml bottle from Furusato Nozei. Super thick, viscous, creamy white. Tart, citrus nose, creamy, light yogurt notes, rice. Tangy, lactic, yogrt, vanilla, rice pudding. Alcohol and tartness balance the sweetness well. Thick, creamy body. Very thick and chewy. A bit boozy. A new experience.
