Drank at room temperature. The appearance of the liquid is crystalline. The color is a hint of yellow. The olfactory intensity is high, with appreciable continuity. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas traces impressions of melon, coconut, banana, spices, condensed milk, dried apricot and smoke. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of robust and solid sake. The body is structured not heavy. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is good. On the palate the aftertaste is intense and persistent. The taste is very pleasant. The final mouth sensations are of drinkable sake. The finish is long, clean and complex. The aroma in the mouth bears signs of cooked rice, milk, vanilla, melon, dried apricot, almond, pepper, oak, umami and white mushrooms for a strong taste.
