Fresh and very lightly fruity with high minerality, hints of waxy cherry and no alcohol. Some spiciness on the finish with moderate nuttiness.
Soft and flavorful in the mouth with a clean presentation and light-to-moderate fruitiness. Great acidity with high minerality and low-to-moderate rice-like nuttiness. Clean and no sign of alcohol. Love the zippy acidity and zesty fruitiness here.
