Cloudy pearl.
Fruity nose, though it's not obnoxiously dripping with coconut and pineapple, like some nigoris. Still that same delightful minerality and acidity as the X-1 with no flaw or alcohol noted.
Soft and nutty with a great balance of sweet, acid and fruitiness. No alcohol or flaw, with strong house yeast/mineral character and good dryness on the finish.
