Poured from 300mL bottle (date stamp 2025.06). Hazy white with no head. Floral, light creamy rice, almost fluffy, easy drinking. Decent.

300mL DOB 2022.01, drunk 9/2/22.
Very light cloudiness, leaving the first glass (shared 3 ways) clear, the second lightly cloudy and the third fully.
Big, boisterous, fruity nose with lime-accented coconut and pineapple, yet not sweet and obnoxious like many nigoris (more restrained, with plentiful rice character intermingling/balancing). No alcohol. Good acidity on the very end.
Clean, bright, fruity and soft with plentiful rice sweetness, though not \"sweet\" overall. Tropical fruits galore with nutty rice pudding throughout and lingering high acidity which really makes the difference in these. No punchiness or raw/sharpness. No alcohol noted. Rich and complex and very playful.
