Crystal clear, bright white.
Snappily clean with strong rice and low fruitiness. Hard mineral, light melon and cherry on the end, however, with a touch, perhaps, of mild alcohol, but nothing sharp/raw. Yeast adds light acidity and there's a strong nuttiness.
Similar characteristics in the flavor. Very clean, soft, nutty and full of strong rice character with good sweetness, yet plentiful acidity and mild fruit on the finish. Heavy minerality throughout.
