Brewery draught 4/15/23.
Hint of butter color, clear.
Heavy mineral, soft water. Light saline and yeast with floral and yes also earthy notes.
Soft, earthy, floral, clean, with light alcohol but not raw. Cooked rice, though not thick and creamy, but still rich. Strong, intense, austere.

Local sake you know I’m game, yes the rice is from Arkansas but alas. Quite clear looking. Nose is very light some melon and almond. Tatses of licorice, honey dew, almond skins, simple syrup. Rice water lingers on finish. Light alcohol for abv hidden well.
