Brewery draught, 4/15/23.
Lightly hazy, white.
Seawater, floral notes, lightly cooked rice. Clean, clear.
Soft, light, hints of floral and easy rice. Fruity, moderately sweet. Clean and easygoing with some melon and such on the finish.

Bottle from Crafted. Cloudy pour not as bright as some nigori touch of green tinge to it. Nose on initial pour was huge anise but then once things settled more subdued and get melon and rice. Tatses of licorice, honey dew, rice, basil, touch of strawberry and coconut husk. Smooth enough. Lingering fruity rice finish.
