Earthy tan-brown. Clear.
Smells like roasty, earthy, soily tea. Light fruit and alcohol with intense, fermented rice.
Dry earth, sticks, soul, black tea. Soft, ricey, lightly sweet, intense. Interesting and complex. Tea shares space with sake without dominating.
