Brewed for the summer! Yamadanishiki rice, house-made koji, Japanese ginjo yeast, medium-hard water = hazy, sparkling, light, and fruity.

Clear.
Nose is a burst of carbonic acid showing a hint of fruitiness, lots of mineral and light alcohol.
Up front it's massively carbonated. I don't mind the frizzante stuff but this is just like straight seltzer. Unfortunately, it disrupts the flavor and you can't really taste much other than carbonic acid initially. Gets better towards the end of the glass, with aggressive swirling out of the carbonation. Indeed light and fruity though still robust in body/texture.
