The ultimate tanrei sake with a pleasant umami flavor and spiciness gradually rising.

It has a refreshing and outstandingly sharp taste that you won't get tired of drinking, and
it goes well with Niigata's famous half-fried chicken and grilled meat.
Enjoy it chilled to about 10℃ or warmed to about 55℃.

15/9/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours colourless with no head. Aroma is fragrant rice, fruits, caramel, hint of cocoa. Rich and warming taste. Medium body, oily, no carbonation. Drying finish. Liked this.

300ml bottle from Japan Centre. Clear colourless, no head and aroma of rice, earthy. Taste is rice, fruity, earthy, with spicy booze notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying spicy boozy finish. Quite drinkable.
