Spring 2023 bottle. 720 ml. Pours a cloudy white with greenish hues, not thick or chunky, though some thin floaties appear. Unimpressive nose, lightly fruity, citrus, rice, milky. Seems a bit old and oxidized. Soft, sweet, fruity, creamy flavor. Again, this is not very old, but it has not aged well. light acidity, some cardboard. Soft, silky mouth. I suppose it would be better when very fresh, though it is pasteurized.
