The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of medium strength’s sake. The aroma on the tongue is slightly dry. The body is full. The flavor intensity is high and the persistence is sufficient. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are ready to drink. The roof of the mouth carries notes of yogurt, strawberry, licorice and umami.
