Brewery draught, 4/20/24.
Clear, hint of chill-haze.
Nose initially reminds me of something like wormwood, but as it warms and breathes, a pretty clear bubble gum-like character is what it actually seems to be. A bit of rice and biscuit with good mineral.
Bubble gummy, quite a bit more so than I'd prefer. A bit of peppery spice with a dry character and chewy texture.
