Bottle, 375ml, at Sørlandet Brygghus. A clear pale straw colored sake, still and lightly oily. Fruity nose with some vague oak hints. Pear, tropical fruit hints. Alcohol. It's full bodied, warming, oily, quite sweet. Mostly fruity flavor, pear, yellow apple peel, alcohol, hints of vanilla and green grape. Lasting finish. Quite delicious this one, subtle. 240711
