750ml from the brewery pours a hazy, caramel amber with some amber, cloudy head. Nose has a lot of port, caramel, fortified wine, red grape, grape jelly. Flavor has tons of port, candy sugar, cherry, raisin, fortified wine, grape jelly. Full bodied, lightly hot finish.

Bottle at the DC Expanded Sour Tasting. Brought by nimbleprop, thanks! Hazy amber brown color. Aroma is light sweet brown sugar, caramel, some vanilla. Not a lot of port. Tasty, but lots of caramel and brown sugar.

From a 22 oz bottle shared at Travlr’s sour beer tasting. Pours a clear cola with a thin off white head. Aroma of red stone fruit. Flavors of plums. Boozy finish.
