The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of strong sake. The aroma on the tongue is rather sweet. The body is rounded. The flavor intensity is high, and the duration is sufficient. The final mouthfeel is drinkable sake. In the mouth the aroma is that of fruit, plum, anise, black pepper, mineral and umami, for a light taste.
