福源純米 無濾過原酒. Fukugen Junmaishu “Unfiltered raw sake raw”. This sake is carefully hand-brewed using techniques passed down by generations of master brewers in Azumino, Shinshu. A full-bodied sake that has been carefully matured in the brewery. In the heyday of light, dry sake, we brewed this type of sake ahead of the rest of the country, saying, "We want to continue brewing tasty, full-bodied sake even for two out of ten customers." This sake has the original flavor of sake that has only recently begun to be reevaluated by breweries. A pure rice sake with a rich, deep flavor. It has a smooth texture on the tongue and a crisp aftertaste that is outstanding. With rice, rice malt, and underground water from the Northern Alps. Serve chilled, room temperature, or warm to body temperature. Polishing ratio (seimaibuai) (精米歩合): 59 %. Sake Meter Value (nihonshudo) (日本酒度): +1. Acidity: 1.7. Bottle size: 720 ml.
