750ml bottle pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is nice tart grass yeast oak some funky cheese and citrus. Taste as the nose. This one must have gotten much better with age. Some of the old rates are pretty bad.

750ml bottle at share, 2014 vintage. Cloudy golden pour, fixxy off-white head. Aroma is very funky, pronounced yeaty notes, grassy, floral. Taste adds in some sharp cheese accents, citrus fruit and a decent amount of pucker. This has held up well in the cellar.

750ml bottle brought by NMann08. Thanks jerk! Pours a hazy gold with zero head. Wow. This is a stunner. Smells like you’re cleaning a urinal. Smells like you ate blue cheese then barfed it up. Smells of diaper. The more I smell this, the more it reminds me so much of rancid butter. Flavor has more rancid butter, acid, poop. Nasty urine. Wow. Lots of butter, gross, was past butter. Horrible. Undrinkable. How could someone sell this?

Bottle at the DC Expanded Sour Tasting. Poured a hazy yellow color with a small off-white head. Aroma was feet, belly button and a touch of blue cheese. Flavor was light malt, but mostly blue cheese and some vomit. Terribly infected or badly handled bottle unfortunately.

Bottle (Summer 2014) at the DC Expanded Sour Tasting. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of big acetone and sewage. Tastes of big tart acidic notes, cardboard, acetone. Light body with a dry finish. Yikes.

From a 75 cl bottle shared at Travlr’s sour beer tasting. Pours a hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of bandaid. Flavors of plastic. UGH.

Bottle shared by Caleb, thanks! Pours a hazy pale peach with a thin white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a lot of extremely earthy funk with some plastic and a good amount of acid. Flavor has a strong acidic flavor with some earthy fruits and a bit of funk.

Bottle @ darkness day. Pours a murky dull yellow appearance with an off white head. Aroma is full butyric, vomit, mozzarella, and lemon. Awful aroma. Twangy tart flavor. Some nice acidity with lemon but there’s stomach acid and gross. Early JesusOfCO style beer.
