Bottle at Kim Jong Un Buurtcentrum, Zaandam. Very pale hazy golden with no head. Aroma of rice, light vanilla and pear. Flavour is moderate sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle. As Kizakura Pure Stars. It’s a clear, colorless sake, with a sweetish nose, mostly on the fruity side, but there’s some rice as well. It’s quite sweet on the palate too, some alcohol, canned pears and hints of cellar. Some carbonation felt in the mouth, it’s medium bodied and lightly warming, almost sticky. Certainly not my favorite, way too sweet for me. 140515
