Moderní English IPA s chmelem Harlequin.
English IPA v té nejzábavnější formě. Trainspotting 3 jsme uvařili z hutného historického sladu Chevallier z produkce sladovny Crisp sídlící v Norfolku. Ten dává tělu výrazně oříškovo-marmeládovou chuť. Chmelení obstarává odrůda chmele Harlequin s tóny sladkého ovoce, trochy citrusu a pryskyřice. Tohle pivo je mega zábavné!
Složení: Voda, ječné slady (Crisp Chevalier, Crisp Maris Otter), chmel (Harlequin, Ceres). Svrchně kvašeno (Windsor).

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Unclear darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, floral fruity nose. Sweet malty, floral, herbal, light bready and touch of oranges with rather bitter finish.

Can from, let's say, Base Camp, shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Bit hazy amber-golden body, off-white head. Orange peel, jelly, floral, herbal notes, pleasant aroma! Lean, dry taste, orange peel, bit bready, herbal, good bitterness. It's generally what it should be, though the body could be tweaked a bit.

0.5 can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Unclear darker golden, medium off-white head with some lacing. Aroma is moderately hoppy, herbal and earthy, underneath lightly malty, bready, biscuity and a touch of caramel. Medium body, soft to moderate carbonation. Flavour is intensely hoppy, herbal bitterness, woodruff, dandelion leaves, sage. Light sweet bready malty profile underneath. Intense bitterness, almost too bitter. Finishes with a lasting bitterness.

Med-thin body, medium carbo. Medium bitter, low sweet. Med-light bready, grainy malt character. Hops med grassy, earthy, marijuana-like, rawish, a bit piney, citrusy. Slightly rough feeling overall, both hops and malt. But works in an English way. GBNG.
