Our collaborative beer blends flavors derived from regional malt with koji, an ancient handcrafted Japanese fermentation ingredient. Fermented with Belgian saison yeast and dry-hopped with Alora and Nelson Sauvin hops, this grisette achieves wonderful complexity while remaining crisp and sessionable. We are Koji Kai!

Can from Dasha: pours pale yellow with white head. Aroma is very floral and a tad yeasty, some bubblegum: little floral and tangy tastes. Some sweetness, but generally dry. Pleasant.
