Why yes, I'd love a pint of the Please & Thank you IPA. This newest version of our rotating Hop Exploration Series is a West Coast Style IPA built on a base of 2-Row malt and a touch of wheat. In this version we're highlighting HQG#3 and Thora (HQG#4), varieties from the Hop Quality Group for aromas of red berry, peach and apricot. Additions of Citra and Mosaic add citrus tropical fruit notes. A balanced malt profile and a beautiful looking beer to boot? Yes, please! & thank you...because my mama raised me right.

16 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is mostly Mosaic, with plenty of tropical melon, lush piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is dominated by the Mosaic, revealing lots of melon, bright tropical fruitiness, piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. There’s a tinge of allium in there, but it blends nicely with the tropical and piney notes. Excellent, bright, blonde westie.
