Light and fruity. Purple and spicy on the nose. Juicy, structured with bright acidity, and notes of black pepper.
Rød Aroma and Holsteiner Cox from Fyn and red grape skins from Weirdloose’s tiny vineyard at Lejre, Zealand. The grape skins were macerated for 8 days in fermenting apple juice and bottled during first fermentation pét-nat style.

750ml bottle from Goblin Wines, Marrickville. Pours a red colour with a short-lived white foam head. Nose of red grape, apple, fruit. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, grapey, with alittle funk and some drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tangy tart fruity finish. Quite drinkable.
