Big bold stonefruit aromas and flavours are brought on by using loads of whole Okanagan apricots and nectarines. Fermented in steel with Lactobacillus and Sacc Trois, this sour ale was aged in an oak foeder for 18 months before being conditioned on carbonically macerated apricots and nectarines.
