Gmork is our imperial stout brewed with maris otter and a plethora of dark specialty malts. After fermentation it was transferred to Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. This year’s blend was aged in a barrel between 22 to 31 months.

Bottle from brother: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is vanilla, bourbon, chocolate, light coffee. Taste is roasty and chocolatey. Nice vanilla and whiskey notes. Generally a well put together stout. barrel aging only helps the excellent base beer and doesn't overwhelm it.
