We fermented this beer at a colder-than-normal temperature and added corn and rice to the malt bill to achieve an ultra crisp, dry finish. Citra, El Dorado, and Nectaron creates a hop flavor profile similar to a West Coast IPA.

16 oz can to glass courtesy of my brother in law. The pour is a clear golden orange with a small, lasting, white head. The aroma is fresh citrus hops along with a nice cereal malt grain. The taste is bright, expressive hop character with citrus and soft resin, along with some of the citrus fruit and malt soft sweetness. Nice balanced between the flavors. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation, hint of alcohol warmth to the finish. Nice clean IPA.
