In the landscape of contemporary NEIPA flavors, this beer is brewed using 16th-century methods and ingredients. Barley, oats, wheat, and rye were mashed in a juniper and linden blossom brew, left unboiled and fermented with rowan berries. This hazy, juicy raw ale was later heavily dry-hopped with Azacca hops, which bring modern tropical fruit notes. Juicy and bitterly quirky—just like the life story of Kniediņš Tīss, the inspiration behind the film God’s Dog

Ingredients: water, rowan berries, barley malt, oats, wheat malt, rye malt, lindenblossom, juniper berries, hops, yeast.
