Mixed Fermentation style Saison brewed with loads of rye bread baked at Jackie O's own Bakeshop and solely fermented with our proprietary mixed fermentation saison culture.
This project has been long awaited in the Jackie O’s walls, and took years to come to fruition! Thank goodness it did because we are extremely pleased with the results. This stainless steel fermented mixed fermentation Saison included 100 lbs. of Jackie O’s Bakeshop Rye Bread in the mash that lends a supple mouthfeel, a great saltiness, and just the tiniest hint of caraway.

Sample at the brewpub as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/18/2025. Clear bright golden color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a dense film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of yeast, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal yeast, citrus and bready malt. The finish is mildly funky yeast and citrus. Decent overall.
