Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2026. Man oh man was I looking forward to that - the apple/cinnamon(/vanilla) combo always hits me right in the feels, bringing me back to my grandma's Apfelstrudel / štrudel od jabuka. The joys of Habsburg legacy, eh? And the taste immediately delivers - the apple and cinnamon evoking Apfelstrudel very well. The taste is smooth, sweet, some cocoa-like notes showed up (I'm guessing a combo of the rum with something), heaps of cinnamon and vanilla, lighter apple this time. Nice, very nice.

Canned 500ml. -from Projekt Ljubljana, shared with Hrabren. Murky orange coloured, small off-white head, strong cinnamon and light apple in the nose. Cinnamon, candy apple and dough with sweet finish. Moderate thick and half artificial.

0.5 l can from :Projekt, Ljubljana. Shared with Ogi. Murky orange, minimal head. Aroma is baked apple, dried apple and cinnamon. Hints of pear juice, raisins and vanilla. Flavour is tart baked apple, lemon, dough and cinnamon. Moderate tartness. Quite drinkable. Some caramely sweetness. Not very beer-like but not too thick. Finishes sweet with a tart note and almost no bitterness.

On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma of cinnamon, apples and biscuit. Pours murky golden straw color with thin creamy white head and good lacing. Taste starts medium sweet biscuity and stone fruity with apple note, following is tannic and bready, mouthfeel is smooth and mildly spiced finish.
