Harvest is a busy time in any agricultural endeavor. Hops in NZ are in March. Every good hop farmer appreciates the product their blood sweat and tears go into. Collaborating with multi generational growers the Eggers family. Vol.3 for the 2025 harvest is a Classic NZ style IPA. Layers and layers of pungent Lily a special cultivar of Riwaka and some Nelson hops in a clean light bodied base with a lip smacking bitterness keep the toilers in the fields well watered and show how special these unique hops can be.

On tap at Moutere Inn. Hazy yellow orange with medium white head. Fruity, dank, juicy, tropical. Smooth with bitterish finish. Medium bodied.
