Thought I had sampled this one before, but apparently not. RBESG 2016 in Barcelona, on tap at the brewery. Copper colour. Hoppy aroma and flavour, notes of grapefruit and pine. A decent IPA - no more, no less.

On tap @ Apollon. Looks nice this with a cloudy warm amber colored body under a small kinda sidesticking and a little islandy off-white head. On the nose there's a mild presence of sweet yeasty fruity, red berries and some mild pine. Definitely not a very extreme nose this, but what's there's smells decent. It's quite high on the tiny prickling carbonation while it has a good oily texture in the mouth. Tastes good. Lots of piney hedge like bitterness here! A fair amount of yeast also located here. It's sharp and quite aggressive this. Wonder what's the IBU roof on this one, cause it definitely bites. Little bit of alcohol, some minty cough drops and a little bit of plums in the tail. Yeah, lots of flavor in this. 13.05.2015

Nagy, tartós hab. Félbarna. Illata markánsan komlós, gyógyfüves, gyantás. Gyógynövényes, kenyeres, ízekkel indít. Keserűje fokozatosan erősödik, a végére igen markánssá válik. Gyantássága végig ott lebeg a háttérben. Közepesen testes és szénsavas, jól összerakott sör.

Bottle @ home. Hazy dark red to purple color, medium sized off-white head that lasts for quite a long time. Aroma is malts, hops, some kind of bitter fruityness. Taste malts, hops, lightly some pine, medium bitterness. Average to decent body and carbonation. Hmm not great.

Copper colored, bit unclear, medium to strong off white creamy lasting head with nice lacing. Aroma is of caramel and malt background but mostly dominated by citrus and pine hoppy and pellety aroma. Taste is medium sweet caramalt, light toasted notes, tropical fruit, citrus and more pine, some biscuit, moderate+ hoppy aroma, medium bitterness, dryish finish, pellety dry hoppy. Medium+ bodied, soft carbonation, oily resiny. Very good! First time I had it was in BrewDog in London and it was a let down but now... nice! (bottle, Bierboutique Graz)

Draft @ Pudel, Edge tap takeover night. ambrée, col fin beige.
