Created in collab with the Swedish sour wizards Elmeleven! Cinnamon, baked apple, vanilla and pastry vibes all rolled into one plush, creamy sour. Sweet-tart, dessert-like, and bright enough to keep you coming back.

Хорошее пиво как смузи саур. Тело конечно очень густое, прям тяжелое. Вкус реально пирога конечно, но есть какие то химозные ноты порой. Проверил состав и нашёл много химии, это конечно не красит этот пивас.

Massively thiccc smoothie dessert with loads of apple pie notes, some vanilla, cinnamon, tartness and sweetness. So thiccc that you could eat this with a spoon. Pure liquid dessert, pretty tasty pastry but not sure if beer or not.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 19/01/2026.
Fruit smoothie yellow orange with no discernible head.
Nose is apple crumble, herb, vanilla, custard.
Taste comprises apple crumble, solid pastry effect, vanilla, light cinnamon.
Medium bodied, thick massaging gloopy feel, semi drying close.
Solid pastry sour ... if little in the way of sour allied to the fact I couldn't drink a whole lot ... but they've absolutely nailed the apple crumble here.

Can. A thick gloopy looking paleish topaz beer, some bubbles kinda semi entrapped in the gloop. Palate is airy and viscous, feels pulpy. Reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts, creamy sweet and bolstered by a fair amount of creamy vanilla. Wonderfully natural apple pie filling, slightly tart. The accompanying spices are judged to perfection. Fairly airy but viscous finish. Craft Metropolis called it beer of the year and, I get that. A startlingly accurate portrayal of an apple crumble in beer form. Could I drink loads? Absolutely not and thus, it falls slightly short of top division for me.
