6/2/2026. Cask at the 16th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Nice pour. Aroma is roasted, touch meaty, piney, chocolate, caramac. Liked it.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 1st January 2026. Intensely dark sepia brown with shallow tan foam and spot lacing. Rich roast malt aroma. Spiced roastiness in-mouth and finish. Lightish body for strength, and a smooth mouthfeel.
