Inspired by Texas sheet cake, a rich and fudgy desert. Beneath chocolate, vanilla and pecan sweetness, cherry wood smoked malt gives a hint of Texan BBQ.

First noted as a festival special at Pigs Ear BF 2025.

3rd December 2025
Cask at Pigs Ear. Near opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft dark malts, candy chocolate, marshmallow and estery sweetness. Some alcohol spice. Touch of brandy. Light and semi dry alcohol spicy finale. It's a bit all over the place frankly but, somehow finds a common centre and becomes a sweet but drinkable impy.
