Bottle 750ml @ gunnfryd. Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma has notes of sweet apple, vanilla and hint of oak. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long sweet apple finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl. Thx to Bryne for the trade. A quite gentle one, with a nice tannin touch. Apple cores, apple juice. Nice indeed. 747413

750 ml white waxed bottle, shared by my son, the day after bottling. Clear and very pale straw colour, moderate carbonation. Pleasant aroma and dry flavour of said apple varieties, a slight bitterness, a hint of oak and sulphites.
