Cider produced from a blend of spontaneous fermentations of apples grown at Maso Quadrifoglio.
After a long search we found old varieties of sour cherries, which were inserted directly into the previously fermented cider. The maceration proceeds for six weeks, and gives the cider an intense crimson colour, fragrant notes of cherry, rose and a hint of almond.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours red, clean, with no foam. Aroma is fruity, of cherries. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly sweet, very slightly acidic. Final is average.
