Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours crisp pale gold, with moderate white foam, medium grain. Aroma is grassy, floral, citrus. Body is average, maybe a little thin, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet with a hint of bitterness. Finish is regular.
