Fistful of Hops is our quarterly series of IPAs, each with the same malt base. We balance that base against a seasonal “fistful of hops” - each time a different combination. Our 2015 “green” release blends Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Chinook hops to provide a white grape-like fruitiness balanced with flavors of citrus.

Can. Earthy/grassy orange peel, grape, and toffee malt aroma. Amber with nice head. Sweet orange caramel malt and moderately bitter earthy herbal grapefruit peel flavor. Nice balance. Excellent.

Can courtesy of shrubber85 and Patrickctenchi, thanks! Hotel tasting #2, side by side with the Blue. Hazy golden amber color, white head, solid lacing. Aroma of earthy white wine. Taste is earthy citrus, lightly dank grapes. Nicely balanced. Both of these are good hops showpieces.
