On tap @Birrifugio Trastevere (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso รจ un po' spenta, ma pulita, delicato citrico-fruttato, erbaceo, pinosa. In bocca รจ equilibrata, attacco maltato con finale amaro medio. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Si beve.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours full blonde with fine white foam. Aroma is a mix of sweet fruit like apricot and hot feelings like herbaceous and some citrus. Body is fairly dense with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet with good bitterness, well balanced. Finish is long and bitter.
